The contents of a training process represent the sensible combination of the ingredients above in the most effective way possible. Once again, there is no such thing as a "standard training in the way we do our business. Each client is the beneficiary of a personalized training design and every project has a well defined structure.
The diagnostic stage
To start with, strengths and weaknesses are outlined and specific needs for training and coaching assistance are identified, according to the company's strategy. Once needs assessment is completed, an appropriate timetable for the training process is outlined.
The training stage
According to the timetable appointed during the first stage, the E.S.C. trainers will perform group sessions using the most progressive and interactive methods of learning worldwide. During these sessions, our trainers, together with your company's management, will tackle the actual challenges that your management faces. This way, E.S.C. helps your managers release their own creativity in problemsolving. The duration of this stage is determined by your company's needs and can take up to several weeks, depending on the number of participants. The training sessions can be held in the facilities of your company or at another location.
The recommendation stage
Based on the previous stages, a new evaluation of your companys organizational culture will be performed by the trainers to help you learn from the training experience. This evaluation is used to make recommendations that are discussed first with your management team. It is then used to design an action plan for the successful implementation of newly acquired knowledge. This process could be the beginning of improving knowledge management in your company.
