Counseling on Human Resources projects
Our main objective is to assist and help the companys management in:
- identifying the companys personnel development directions through the companys global development strategy.
- elaborating and implementing, as projects, the decisions that have incidence upon the company`s human resources.
These projects aim at the changes imposed by the identification of the company`s needs for:
- reformulating the company`s organizational structure as a result af the natural grow of the activity`s volume. The purpose is to optimize the company`s departamental structure, the interdepartamental collaboration, the job desctiptions, and so on;
- impoving the evaluation system of every positionperformances and correlating this with the personnel motivational system;
- reconsidering the company`s personnel motivational system.
Such a demanding project will be accomplished with the presence of one of oour consultants at our client`s office or anywhere else where he is needed, one, two or maximul three days a week, depending on our client`s demands and needs.
Our fee is negotiable varying with the duration and complexity of the project.
Note: if the consultancy program is followed by a recruiting project, we will perform a 30% cut from the recruiting project fee.
