Working together with you to identify the information that will be provided to the potential candidates during the recruiting process (company description, job description, general conditions, etc.)
Identifying potential candidates from our database, and also, by determining which professionals are at the moment in search of change
Examining in detail the potential candidates from a psychological and behavioral point of view, along with their experience and abilities.
Presenting to you the "short list" made up of the 3-5 best candidates together, along with the most relevant information about each one.
Verifying in detail the selected candidate(s) professional references and outlining his/her complete file.
Assisting you during the negotiation process with the selected candidate on hiring terms and conditions.
The length/duration of the recruiting process is from 2 to 6 weeks beginning from the moment in which the contract is signed. During this process, all clients are informed weekly about its stages of progress.
The total fee for the general process of recruiting based only on success and it represents 25% of the candidates first year net annual income. This does not include VAT or the travelling expences of our consultants, if there is the need is to travel outside Timisoara. The costs for employment advertisements are invoiced directly to our clients.
For multiple, but identical positions, a 30% discount is applicable.
Terms of payment
The payment will be made in 2 installments as follows:

50% when one of the candidates is chosen
- 50%, 30 days from the payment of the first installment
Guarantees
E.S.C. guarantees you that we will complete a new recruitment process, under the same terms and without extra fees, if the selected and employed candidate leaves for any reason, during the first six months of employment.
